Easy Timbren Suspension Kit Installation Guide
Installing your Timbren Suspension Kit is simple and can usually be done in under an hour with basic tools. Follow these steps for a smooth installation:

Lift and secure the Vehicle
Raise the vehicle until the axle hangs freely. This gives you the space needed to work safely.

Remove Factory Bump Stops
Take out the original bump stop or any existing components in the mounting area

Assemble Timbren Components
Attach the Aeon® rubber spring and bracket exactly as shown in the included diagram.

Install the New Assembly
Secure the Timbren suspension system using the existing holes and the hardware provided in your kit.

Lower the Vehicle
Carefully bring the vehicle back down to its normal position.

Important Tips for a Perfect Fit
- Never exceed the manufacturer’s recommended axle weight rating.
- Make sure there’s enough clearance—Aeon® springs expand under load.
- Check for any interference with other vehicle components after installation.
- Pro Tip: Most Timbren kits require no drilling or welding—just bolt-on and go!
